BMI: 42.9
Weekly Loss: -1.2 lbs
Total Lost: 23 lbs

I made some not so good food choices this week, I'm not gonna lie.  But boy did they taste good!  I am excited to get back on track this week with the addition of a new exercise endeavor.  I will post more about it tomorrow after I survive my first class.  :)
